Just shows a general outline of some of the things needed during an emergency. Mostly common sense to have food, water and fire
A good book for the price (free)
A well written book with good information that covers many subjects on what to prepare when SHTF! Recommended.
After the rise in popularity of the TV show Preppers and other related shows, it really made me re-think, what could I do to ensure an easier time if something major did happen. I'm not into full scale prepping but it is important to be ready for things like power failures, flooding and water shortages, all which have happened in my area and lasted more than 24 hours. So this book really gets you thinking about how to start the process of making your home ready in case these situations occur. It gives you lists and options. For example, it gives you multiple ways to filter water and generate power including making your own battery. I liked this book compared to others because it doesn't try to scare the crap out of you. It just gets you thinking about the things that seem obvious when you read them but you probably would have missed when the S-really HTF!
This looks like a well prepared survival guide, lots of information that a person usually wouldn't think of preparing before something terrible happens.
